REGARDING DELIVERY

 

Q: What is the cost of delivery items?

A: Flat fee of $6 for delivery within Singapore (except sentosa, jurong island or pulau ubin)

    -bulky items may require additional $$$ but that is for less than 3% of the items ie: cages (additional charge is for rental of vans or lorries to fulfill the          order. (KKdh dun earn from additional delivery charges)

Q: What is the minimum purchase amount to get free delivery service?
A: If you purchase S$80 nett and above, we will waive the delivery charge of $6

     (within singapore excluding sentosa,jurong island or pulau ubin)

 

Q. Delivery address is in the Central Business District (CBD). Do I have to pay extra?

A: Yes, for CBD clients, a CBD charge of $3 will be incurred.

 

 

Q: How soon can you deliver after I placed my order?

A: In order to ensure the item is to be as 'fresh' as possible, KKdh dun keep alot of stock. We get stock from the distributor directly upon your purchase/

    if the item is available at distributor's warehouse, your item will be sent to u within 1-3 working days.

    We at KKdh pride ourselves to provide fast delivery for all your orders.

    In the event the item is temp OOS at distributor's warehouse, customer will be notified with options to choose, for similar items or refund will be given.

 

Q: im outside Singapore but i wanna buy stuff from u.

A: We mainly deliver Singapore stuff only. As overseas deliveries subjected to weight as well as plenty of jurisdiction. Usually the cost of delivery                  out weighs the product. Of coz if u are keen, drop us an email and  let us calculate the cost and get back to u.

REGARDING PAYMENTS

Q: What is your bank account number?

Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

A: Sorry but payment have to be made in full prior to delivery, as external courier service maybe used. its not possible to have them collect money

 

Q: Is there GST charges on top of your prices?

A: What you see is what you get! we do not charge extra or top up on the prices

 

PRODUCTS & ORDERS ENQUIRIES

 

Q: Can i visit your shop?

A: We do not have a physical shop, we only operate online, here or Qoo10

    But we do have a warehouse in ubi.

    You can visit us at our warehouse but pls bear in mind that as our online shop boost over a few thousand items. Due to rising property prices in                 singapore, its not possible for us to keep everything in stock. In order for you to visit and not leaving disappointed. kindly contact us if the item you         desire is available at our warehouse before dropping by. Also to ensure that someone is ard to tend to u. As sometimes we maybe out making                   deliveries.

 

Q: Can I call or sms to place an order?

A: We encourage our clients to place their orders online to avoid miscommunications.

    But we do accept orders via calls or sms, just kindly ensure payment is made beforehand prior delivery.

 

Q: I need my dog food to be repacked. How is it done, & how much will it cost me?

A: We do repacking of food for a small fee of $1

We use quality clear plastic for repacking. It will be sealed, but not vacuumed pack. We do not encourage clients to use this service if you are intending to store / use the food for more than 5 months.

We will recommend you to get a smaller pack instead, for quality issues.

The reason being oxidation will take place once the original pack of food is being cut open for the repacking, although the expiry date may still be far away.

After each pack is sealed, we will put it back to the original packaging so that you can have the expiry dates & content details.

AVA guidelines suggest that repacking is not to be encourage due to lack of traceability of contents

and possible 'contamination' during process

 

Q: What are the expiry of your products?

A: We get the stock from the distributors upon your purchase, so its not possible to give u an exact expiry date as we dun hold the stock, but rest assure that it will not be close to the expiry date.

 

Q: Why are there links to buy via Qoo10....... its sooo confusing.

A: There are multiples advantages buying via  Qoo10, 1)Cheaper delivery rate (generally), 2) you get to use the coupons of Qoo10 ,3) more methods of payment (theres even installment plans if u buy multiple items from there!) for those that did not buy from  Qoo10 before, they have a huge varieties of items  from household to even furniture, clothings ......etc....... so its easier to  chalk up a  larger inventory and get larger discounts with the various coupons issued by Qoo10) 4) as i had been on Qoo10  for over 2 years now, i had provided  much more information there as well 5)u get to read the  feedbacks from customers there before deciding on your purchase. *tip* u can read the info and  feedbacks there but u can still buy here, skipping the log in or sign up part)

 

There are some disadvantages  too. like some items listed here are not available on Qoo10 as  either the distributor  or Qoo10 have some restriction!

so to say, u can find items here which isnt available there, for  example on a product gallery, the link to the item  on Qoo10 is on the right. But for those without a Qoo10 account may find  it a hassle to sign up  for one,  so im providing different solutions to meet the needs of different individuals.

 

So there are both pros and cons, consumers love to have choices. and im providing them via different platforms by surfing 1 website! As a consumer myself, i'll be spoilt for  choice, but without a doubt, it may be confusing at first. but in the  long run u  will benefit more.

 

I issue coupons to my  followers weekly on Qoo10. Members here also gets to use the voucher/coupon available.

So u get  to use 2 coupons from KKdh weekly. Aint that a steal!

 

REGARDING SUPPLIES

Due to huge variety of stuff available on my online stall, its not possible for me to carry ALL items in stock! I get the stock direct from the distributors FRESH upon our order!

 

*just in  case u wish to know the supplier, i probably will put the supplier name infront of the item title. ie; " -b2k-  Merrick " . I'm sure some people will go......"u put it so obvious, lotsa other people  can also start a petshop easily and get supplies wat.........

YES! that is exactly my idea! IF more people sell pet supplies, more people will advocate having pets! and more people will have pets! and more places will be pet friendly!!!!!more places i can  bring kk too LEGALLY :D !!! YES thats my hidden agenda! (not so hidden) now :p
